Dubai-based brokerage Driven Properties recently signed an exclusive agreement with Corcoran Group, New York’s leading real estate agency. This strategic partnership gives Driven Properties the exclusive rights to market Corcoran’s properties in the region.
“We’re extremely happy to join forces with an agency of such a high caliber and with extensive experience stateside and abroad”, said Abdullah Alajaji, Driven's Managing Director.
“There is a growing demand for international properties in the region, and this partnership is an ideal opportunity to give clients the option of finding homes in a global capital such as New York.”
One of the exclusive properties Driven Properties gained access to is the iconic Dome Penthouse in the Plaza Hotel, a property owned by fashion designer Tommy Hilfiger. Featuring luxurious finishes and paintings by greats such as Andy Warhol, this property is valued around USD $69 million.
This isn’t the first partnership of the year for Driven Properties, which also signed a similar agreement with France-based real estate agency Marc Foujouls.
Alajaji elaborates that “working with a market-leaders such as Corcoran and Marc Foujols is in line with Driven’s goals to always offer the clients not only the best properties in Dubai, but across the globe.”
As one of the fastest growing brokerage agencies in Dubai, Driven Properties offers a full spectrum of innovative and customizable property solutions and wealth management services to clients in the UAE and abroad.
